The overall purpose for this magazine and website is to give knowledge and shine light on topics that don’t get discussed often. It’s to show artists that may struggle with mental health and for the viewers to hear their stories and/or outlook on the subject. Every month we issue a new issue with two different artists. We provide a place in which supporters of these artists and/ or people struggling cannot feel as alone. Most of our competition does not speak out about mental health. They instead try to bury it. While we rather shine a bright light.

Mission Statement

Target Audience

Our website/ magazine is for individuals between the ages of 15-35, male or female, any race/ background with lower class- middle class.  Our audience is geared towards individuals who may be struggling with mental health. There interests could range from seeing live music all the way to binge reading a series of books. They could be socially awkward or overly out going. They could be in school or working a 9 to 5. Our audience is geared nationwide  

Potential Advertisers

Ten advertisers that would utilize my magazine to reach their target audience would be the following: Gatorade, Beats, Seat geek, Redbull, NF, Suicide hotline, Trevor project, Nike, Stub hub, Drug Free World.

 

The reason why Gatorade and RedBull were chosen was because they provide a service in which they give whoever drinks it energy and/ or rehydrates them. The reason they would want to advertise on my magazine / website is because I have many teenagers, who may play sports/ early adults who are running low on sleep who would want to drink it.

 

The reason why Beats was chosen was because they provide a service in which they allow people to hear music through their headphones. The reason why they would want to advertise on my magazine / website is because most people like to listen to music. Teenager’s ae always on their phones playing music.

 

The reason why SeatGeek and StubHub was chosen was because they are both ticket sites in which you can buy tickets from. They provide people a service to sell and/or get tickets for a cheaper price. The reason they were picked was because my website/ magazine showcases artists that do have tours coming up. So it is very beneficial to have concert ticket ads.

 

The reason why Suicide hotline, Trevor project, Drug Free World were chosen is because they provide a service of comfort to those who are struggling with mental health and drug abuse. Many of my audience is geared towards people who are suicidal etc. so it’s very beneficial to have those ads shown on the mental health tab.

 

The reason why NF’s Merch was chosen is because it provides a service of clothes etc. to those that support his music and what he stands for. Much of my audience are teenagers/ early adults who would love to buy some of his items. Plus it’s very beneficial for them to have an ad on my magazine that discusses his career.

 

The reason as to why Nike was chosen is due to the fact they provide a service of nice shoes and clothes. Most people like shoes, but when teenagers are involved they are in sports, high school. They are going to want to look sharp.  Many young adults few my page. They as well may be interested in buying a pair of Nike shoes.
