Mental Health is a condition in which affects a persons psychological and emotional well-being.

Everyone at some point in their life has gone through a form of mental health. Rather that be a form of Depression( define it) to the extreme as suicidal thoughts. 

According to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, in the United States on average 1 person every 16.2 minutes commits suicide.

Each year 44,193 Americans die by suicide. That is the size of the Key Bank Center in downtown Buffalo filled 2x. That is the size of the population of Columbus city, Indiana (http://rochester.nydatabases.com/database/population-us-cities)

Few Forms of Mental illness Include:

Mood Disorders: is when someone's mood changes from very sad to overally happy. Its experiencing a very extreme high to a very extreme low. Some examples include: Depression, Bipolar Disorder

Anxiety Disorders: is when someone feels fear or dread, panic. Some examples include Social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder.

PTSD: failure to recover after experiencing or witnessing a terrifying event. An example would be some members in the military.

Suicide: Is the taking of there own life.

Eating Disorders: is a disorder that affects someone's behavior and emotions. It affects there food intake as well.

Personality Disorders

Psychotic disorders: Is when someone experience images and sounds that are just not real. These are called hallucinations. Another common symptoms are delusions. These are made up lies that the ill person believes is true. An example would be Schizophrenia
